We start with where you are, what you want to improve and the decisions you’re facing. Together, we explore your business goals, brand, marketing, customer experience and systems, including where AI might be useful.
Between sessions
Deborah reviews what you’ve shared and researches relevant opportunities, tools and approaches. She develops recommendations around your priorities, budget and capacity.

Session 2: Opportunities & Solutions
Deborah presents the opportunities, recommended solutions and practical next steps. Together, you discuss what to do first, where to invest, what can wait and what support the next step may need.
