Wise+Hype was born from the creative minds of Deborah and Jim Schlichting. Armed with decades of agency and startup experiences, their mission was to make great design and brand strategy more accessible to companies of all sizes - not just ones with million dollar budgets. Deborah - the wise one, brought her savvy, strategic thinking to the table, while Jim - the thoughtful, hyper-creative - powered the branding and creative of the agency.
